1. General Conditions
1.1. Applicability and definition
This set of terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") governs all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") to the company BELLADRESS SRL (CUI 44109191, hereinafter referred to as "LARIÉTTE", "we" or "us"), through the website www.lariette.ro - including the mobile version - as well as orders placed by telephone.
1.2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and/or using www.lariette.ro and/or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Before placing an order, please read them carefully and understand their content.
1.3. Eligibility
Orders can only be placed by individuals who have reached the age of 18 , who are not under guardianship and do not act as legal entities (except for parcel forwarding companies).
This eligibility requirement aims to protect consumer rights and is in line with GEO No. 34/2014 and the principles established by EU legislation on the sale of goods and consumer protection (e.g. Directive 2011/83/EU ).
1.4. Availability of products and services
The listing of any product and/or service on www.lariette.ro at a particular time does not represent a guarantee of its future availability. We reserve the right to discontinue the marketing of a product at any time, in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices and Directive 2005/29/EC .
1.5. Modification of the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any order placed will be governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
1.6. Conduct on the site
To ensure an optimal online experience for all users:
(i) do not post or promote content that is defamatory, illegal or that may harm LARIÉTTE's image, products or services;
(ii) do not use applications, software tools or other methods intended to affect the operation of the www.lariette.ro website or the access of other users to the website;
(iii) do not use any automated mechanism (e.g. bots, indexing robots, intelligent agents) to extract or copy the content, thereby violating intellectual property rights.
In case of violation of these provisions, we may immediately restrict your access to the site and close your account, in accordance with Law No. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and the provisions of the Civil Code (Law No. 287/2009) .
2. Prices and Delivery Charges
2.1. Displayed prices
All prices shown on www.lariette.ro include VAT (value added tax) in accordance with the tax legislation in force ( Law no. 227/2015 - Fiscal Code). The delivery cost is not included in the displayed price.
2.2. Calculation of delivery fees
The delivery fee is determined by the size, weight of the order and the shipping address. The final delivery cost will be clearly displayed before the order is completed. If the order requires multiple shipments, additional delivery fees may apply, which will be communicated to you in advance.
2.3. Online vs. physical store price differences
There may be differences between the prices displayed online and those in a physical store (if such a point of sale exists), for reasons related to distinct promotional campaigns, operational costs, etc.
3. Placing the Order / Conclusion of the Contract

3.2. Order confirmation
Immediately after submitting your order, if you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If, for objective reasons, we are unable to process your order (lack of stock, technical errors, incomplete data, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible.
3.3. Payment and reimbursement
If payment has already been made, but we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the amount via the payment method used for the purchase.
If, for exceptional reasons, another refund method is required, we will inform you and request your agreement, without incurring additional costs for the customer.
4. Delivery
LARIÉTTE makes every effort to accept and process orders in a timely manner, attempting to deliver the ordered products to your home address or to any other address in Romania, in accordance with the delivery option selected by you.
4.1. Delivery times
International : 3-9 business days, depending on the destination country and applicable customs formalities.
Romania : 3-9 business days, depending on the courier and the destination city.
Although our intention is to respect the announced delivery intervals, we inform you that they may be extended for reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, peak periods, holidays, force majeure). However, the legal delivery period will not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014 . If the delivery period exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
4.2. Order confirmation and delivery tracking
Email Confirmation : After placing your order, if you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an email with delivery details.
Online tracking : As soon as your order enters the packaging process, we will send you an email with information about the shipment status and a link to track the package.
4.3. Delivery eligibility
Items ordered on www.lariette.ro can only be delivered to people who have reached the age of 18 .
4.4. Transport and couriers
International orders : Shipped via DHL, with tracking available.
Orders in Romania : We collaborate with DPD and FAN Courier.
4.5. Transportation costs
The delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the shipping location, package weight/volume, and selected courier. It will be clearly displayed before the order is actually placed.
4.6. Canceling or changing the order before delivery
Order processing begins quickly, which is why we cannot make changes (changing the address or delivery method) after order confirmation .
It is possible, however, to cancel the order within a short grace period and place a new order, if the processing status allows it.

5. Order cancellation
5.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
According to GEO no. 34/2014 , you can cancel your order by returning the products within 14 days of receiving them . If you have already paid for the products, their value will be refunded to you, excluding the delivery costs originally paid (as the delivery fee is not subject to reimbursement, unless our promotional policies provide otherwise).

Return of products : According to Section 6 (Returns). Please ship within 14 days.
5.3. Refund of the amount
The refund will be made using the same method used for the initial payment, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
If the items have not yet been paid for (e.g. cash on delivery), we will reflect the return in your account balance.
It is possible to use another payment method for cash on delivery only with your consent, at no additional cost.
5.4. Defective products
If the product you receive is defective , please notify us immediately and return the item in accordance with Section 6 (Returns). The present provisions do not limit any applicable legal provisions, so that the rights conferred by Law no. 449/2003 on guarantees and by GEO no. 34/2014 remain valid.

ATTENTION! Before trying on the received products, make sure that your body is clean. Even if you wear the product for 5-10 minutes and after trying it on it smells of sweat or perfume, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED!

ATTENTION! ALL PRODUCTS ARE CHECKED BEFORE DELIVERY. IF YOU RETURN A PRODUCT WITH THE SMELL OF SWEAT, PERFUME, STAINS, DAMAGE, DIRT - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN.
You can return the product purchased online from LARIÉTTE within 14 days of receiving the package provided that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means that the items purchased from LARIÉTTE must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for trying them on). All labels of the item that you received and tried on from LARIÉTTE must be intact. If the labels are damaged or torn, we will not be able to accept the product back. All packages contain a pre-printed return form that you must use if you decide to return any item.

Instructions for correct processing of international returns
Notify your intention to return
Contact us via email, WhatsApp or phone and let us know that you would like to return the product. Make sure to do this as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Prepare the product for return
Pack the product you wish to return as soon as possible after receipt. If possible, use the original packaging in which you received the package.
Packaging and documents
Protect the product appropriately (ideally, in the same box it was received in).
Insert the invoice or a copy of it into the package.
At the post office, clearly state that it is a return package.
Any customs duties requested during the return procedure will be refused by BELLADRESS SRL, and the return will in turn be rejected.
Choosing a courier service
You can use any postal service you like. However, please note that some companies deliver late or do not provide direct delivery to the address.
To avoid delays and increase your chances of meeting the 14-day period, we recommend using DHL , as they usually deliver within approximately 7 business days.
Tracking number communication
As soon as you have handed over the package to the courier or post office, please send us the tracking number . This way we will be able to monitor the status of the shipment and confirm receipt of the package.

Return and shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases expressly mentioned in the promotional policies.
6.4. Refund of the amount
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return, either to the IBAN account provided or to the card account used for purchase. If you do not receive the amount within this period, please contact the LARIÉTTE team.
7. Payment Methods
7.1. Credit or debit card
You can pay with a valid credit/debit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard). LARIÉTTE reserves the right to verify the validity of the card, as well as its solvency in relation to the amount of the order. Any bank fees for international transactions remain your responsibility.
7.2. Cash on delivery
Available only for Romania (and the Republic of Moldova, if expressly mentioned).
Not available for international orders.
7.3. Refusal of certain orders
If fraud or solvency checks indicate risks, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill the order, with the related notification.
8. Our Liability
8.1. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes LARIÉTTE's liability in situations where the law does not allow this (e.g. personal injury, death, fraud).
8.2. Force majeure
LARIÉTTE is not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of profit, loss of opportunity) or the inability to deliver goods or honor obligations, if this is caused by unpredictable and unavoidable external factors (force majeure), such as: fires, floods, wars, nuclear accidents, pandemics, civil protests, government restrictions, terrorist acts, etc. (according to the Civil Code , art. 1634 et seq.).
8.3. Maximum damage
LARIÉTTE's liability to you is limited, in any event, to the total amount paid by you for the products ordered.
8.4. Dispute resolution
If problems arise with a product purchased online and cannot be resolved directly with LARIÉTTE, you can file a complaint on the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
9. Colors and Measurements
9.1. Graphical representations
We strive to accurately display product colors and features. However, the color you see on your device depends on your device settings, and LARIÉTTE cannot guarantee a perfect match of the displayed shades.
9.2. Measurements
Product size information (length, width, circumference) is approximate and serves as a general guideline. There may be minor deviations due to variations in materials, cut or manufacturing batches.
10. Personalization Policy
10.1. Materials and quality
All personalized products are made exclusively using Lariette materials, to guarantee quality standards. This condition ensures the traceability of the raw material and compliance with legal requirements for informing consumers about the composition of the products (cf. Regulation (EU) No. 1007/2011 on textile fiber names and labeling).
10.2. Order cancellation conditions
According to OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter. c and Directive 2011/83/EU , orders for personalized products cannot be canceled after the purchase of raw materials and the start of production. The aforementioned legislation exempts products made to the customer's precise specifications from the right of withdrawal.
In the event that the materials have not yet been purchased and production has not begun, the customer may request cancellation of the order, subject to timely notification and written confirmation from Lariette.
10.3. Responsibility for measures and specifications
The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the measurements and specifications submitted. Any subsequent modification of the initial data may generate additional costs, related to the adjustment of the cut, re-purchase of materials or additional labor.
In the event of an error attributable to Lariette (e.g., seams not in accordance with the agreed requirements), the provisions of the Civil Code and Law No. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees will apply, the customer having the right to free remedy of non-conformities, replacement or other measures provided for by the legislation in force.
10.4. Production and delivery time
The standard production time is 9-20 business days, and the delivery time is 3-9 business days. These intervals may vary depending on the complexity of the product, the availability of raw materials and the volume of orders:
Any delay caused by external factors (e.g., transportation problems, force majeure) will be promptly communicated to the customer in accordance with the principle of good faith (cf. Civil Code, art. 1170 ).
10.5. Acceptance of terms and conditions
Placing a personalized order automatically implies acceptance of these policies and the general terms and conditions of sale. We recommend reading the entire information published on the Lariette website before validating the order.
10.6. Feasibility of customized projects
When the client provides reference photos or design proposals, the Lariette team will confirm technical feasibility, available materials, and related costs in advance before execution begins.
If there are technical or material limitations, Lariette will inform the client and propose alternative solutions that comply with the requested aesthetics.
11. Discount policy
11.1. Non-cumulation of discounts
Discounts cannot be applied cumulatively for a single order. The customer has the right to choose the promotional code with the highest discount, subject to compliance with the eligibility conditions communicated on the site.
This practice is also common among other second-hand dress retailers to avoid duplication of benefits and complies with the provisions of Law No. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices, as well as Directive 2005/29/EC .
11.2. Delivery costs for discounted products
Products that benefit from discounts do not include free delivery, delivery costs being borne by the customer and displayed during the ordering process. This policy respects the transparency of costs towards the consumer (cf. GEO no. 34/2014, art. 6 ).
11.3. Right to change the discount policy
Lariette reserves the right to adjust the discount policy, including the limitation or withdrawal of promotional codes, depending on active campaigns or internal marketing policy. Any changes will be displayed in advance on the site, in accordance with consumer information obligations ( GEO no. 21/1992 regarding consumer protection ).
12. Loyalty policy
12.1. Loyalty program and reward points
The Lariette loyalty program offers reward points for purchases made, according to the rules detailed on the page: https://lariette.ro/pages/recompense .
The accumulation and use of points are governed by clear terms, which will be updated periodically and which cannot violate consumer rights provided for by national and European legislation in force.
12.2. Points usage limit
Accumulated points can be used to reduce the value of ordered products, without being able to cover more than 50% of the total price of the order.
This limitation is established to ensure the sustainability of the program and avoid possible interpretations as unfair commercial practices, in accordance with Law No. 363/2007 and Directive 2005/29/EC .
12.3. Restrictions on combining with other discounts
Loyalty points cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or ongoing campaigns and are not valid for products already on sale.
This restriction is intended to ensure price transparency, according to GEO no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU .
12.4. Right to modify or terminate the program
Lariette reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time, without prejudice to the rights already obtained by customers. Any change will be published in advance on the website, to ensure correct and complete information to consumers ( Civil Code, principle of good faith ).
13. Warranty
13.1. Compliance with legislation
If the purchased goods are defective, LARIÉTTE complies with all applicable legal regulations regarding the warranty, including the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and the warranties associated with them , as well as of OUG no. 34/2014 and of the Civil Code (Law no. 287/2009) . The legal warranty covers any defects of conformity that appear within the period provided by law from the date of delivery of the product, within the limits of normal use conditions.
13.2. Visible defects and transport
If you notice any obvious material or manufacturing defects or damage during transport , it is necessary to notify us of these issues as soon as you notice them, in order to facilitate the remedial process. Please send us photos or relevant documents regarding the non-conformities, in order to determine whether repair , replacement or refund is required, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 .
13.3. Ways of resolution
Repair or replacement : To the extent possible, LARIÉTTE will provide repair or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Price reduction or contract termination : If repair or replacement is not possible or cannot be performed in a timely manner, a price reduction may be applied or the termination of the contract may be requested, in accordance with legal provisions.
14. Assignment
14.1. Right of assignment
LARIÉTTE reserves the right to assign or transfer to third parties, in whole or in part, any of the rights and claims resulting from the execution of the concluded contract (e.g., claims for payment for goods delivered).
14.2. Notification and effects of assignment
In the event of an assignment, the client will be notified in writing of the change of creditor. Once the assignment has been carried out, all rights and obligations corresponding to the transferred claim will be exercised by the assignee under the same conditions as they were exercised by LARIÉTTE, in accordance with the Civil Code (Law no. 287/2009, art. 1566 et seq.) .
15. Termination/Invalidation of Certain Clauses
15.1. Partial validity
If any provision of these Terms is declared null , void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15.2. Interpretation according to law
The clause declared null and void or unenforceable will be replaced with a provision that corresponds, to the extent possible, to the initial economic and legal intention, according to the Civil Code and the legislation applicable on the date of the pronouncement of the respective effects.
16. Intellectual property rights
16.1. LARIÉTTE's intellectual property
All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, trademarks , copyrights , designs , patents ) on the website www.lariette.ro and its content belong to LARIÉTTE, its subsidiaries or licensors, in accordance with Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and with applicable European legislation (e.g. Directive 2001/29/EC ).
16.2. Personal and non-commercial use
It is prohibited to copy , store , reproduce or distribute the content of the site, in whole or in part, for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use , without the prior written consent of LARIÉTTE. Any violation may result in civil, misdemeanor or criminal liability, as the case may be.
16.3. Authorization and licensing
To use for commercial purposes any graphic material, text, source code, database, design element or registered trademarks belonging to LARIÉTTE, it is necessary to obtain an express license agreement in advance, in accordance with Law No. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications and the applicable European regulations.
