Lariette Product Personalization Policy

1. Introduction Lariette is represented by the COMMERCIAL COMPANY BELLADRESS SRL, with the following details: Address: ROMANIA, Valea Lupului, Iași County, Garoafei 17, Block C1, ground floor, ap.7. Postal Code: 707410, CUI: 44109191, VAT: RO44228516, Registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Iași Court no. J22/1333/14.04.2021

This policy regulates the conditions and terms for:

Orders for personal sizes of Lariette products;
Standard size orders of Lariette products;
Custom size orders and products made based on reference photos provided by the customer.

2. General Terms
2.1. Customized products are made exclusively using Lariette raw materials, to guarantee quality and compliance with our standards.
2.2. Personalized orders cannot be canceled once the raw material has been purchased and production has begun, according to GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
2.3. Placing the order implies acceptance of the personalization policy and the terms presented.
2.4. Prices displayed on the website include VAT.
2.5. Any request to change the order must be made before purchasing the raw material and is subject to approval by the Lariette team.

3. Production of Orders
3.1. The production time of the products is 9-20 working days, but may vary depending on the volume of orders being processed. Customers will be informed if the product is completed earlier.
3.2. The production period begins from the moment all order details have been confirmed and full payment has been received.
3.3. After completing the order, delivery takes between 3 and 9 business days, both locally and internationally.
3.4. Lariette reserves the right to refuse orders that do not comply with technical standards or that are not feasible from a production point of view.

4. Placing the Order
4.1. For orders for personal sizes, the customer will complete the size form available on our website. It is mandatory that all sizes are provided correctly and completely to ensure the product is made according to the customer's wishes.
4.2. For orders for standard sizes that are not in stock, the customer selects the desired size from the list of standard options on the site.
4.3. For orders based on reference photos provided by the customer, prior consultation with the Lariette team is required to confirm the feasibility of the design and establish all specific details.
4.4. Orders are paid in full at the time of placement via the payment method available on the website.
4.5. Before completing the order, the customer must check the agreement box to accept the terms and customization policy.
4.6. Customers are encouraged to contact the Lariette team for any clarifications before placing the order to avoid any misunderstandings.

5. Order Confirmation
5.1. After placing the order, the customer will be contacted by a Lariette representative to confirm the specifications and to sign a product customization contract.
5.2. The customization contract includes all relevant details: model, materials, dimensions, price, and execution time.
5.3. The signed contract will serve as a reference in the event of any disputes related to product specifications.

6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Once the order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
6.2. In case of cancellation before the purchase of the raw material, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
6.3. Lariette reserves the right to charge additional fees for cancellation of orders that involve extensive consultation or significant changes to the initial design.

7. Return Policy
7.1. Personalized products cannot be returned, according to GEO no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
7.2. In the event that the delivered product has manufacturing defects or does not correspond to the specifications confirmed by contract, Lariette undertakes to remedy the defects or to re-manufacture the product, at no additional cost to the customer. 7.3. The customer is obliged to check the product upon delivery and to report any problems within 48 hours.

8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery of personalized products is carried out by express courier, to the address indicated by the customer.
8.2. Delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
8.3. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect information provided by the customer regarding the delivery address.

9. Confidentiality
9.1. The data provided by the customer for the production of personalized products will be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will be protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
9.2. Lariette assumes responsibility for protecting customer data and not sharing it with third parties without their explicit consent.

10. Force Majeure
10.1. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen situations.
10.2. If a force majeure event permanently prevents the fulfillment of the order, Lariette will inform the customer and offer fair settlement options.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. Lariette reserves the right to modify this policy, the modifications being published on the website and applicable to subsequent orders.

11.3. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
