You can return the product purchased online from LARIÉTTE within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt. This means that items purchased from LARIÉTTE must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying them on). All tags of the item you received and tried on from LARIÉTTE must be intact. If the tags are damaged or torn, we will not be able to accept the product back. All packages contain a pre-printed return form that you must use if you decide to return any item.

LARIÉTTE makes every effort to accept and process orders and will try to deliver your order to a home address or another address in Romania, according to the delivery option selected by you.
