1. General conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") to the company BELLADRESS SRL, (44109191, hereinafter referred to as "LARIÉTTE", "new" or "us", on the LARIÉTTE website), on the mobile version of the website, or by phone (all of which are called " www.lariette.ro ").
By using www.lariette.ro and/or by placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions specified below ("Terms"). Before placing an order, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms.
Only natural persons over the minimum age of 18, who are not under guardianship, do not operate as legal entities (excluding parcel forwarding companies) can place an order.
The inclusion of any www.lariette.ro products or services at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The Terms specified on www.lariette.ro at the time of placing the order will apply to your orders.
LARIÉTTE wants to provide the best online experience. To this end, we must ensure that our services function flawlessly. You understand and agree (i) not to post, redistribute, upload or promote any communications or content that could harm or have a negative influence on our company, products or services; (ii) not to act in such a way or use any device that would restrict, prevent, inconvenience or would not allow any other user to use or benefit from the website www.lariette.ro or that would affect the security of the website or (iii) not use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents); to browse or search the site or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site and terminate the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision specified in these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed on www.lariette.ro include the value added tax VAT provided by law, but do not include a delivery fee.
The delivery fee for each order will be DIFFERENT, calculated at checkout depending on the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and need to make more than one delivery, you will incur an additional charge for subsequent deliveries. There may be differences between the prices in the brick-and-mortar store and online.
3. Placing the order/concluding the contract

Immediately after placing the order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for some reason, we are unable to process your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for your order, we will attempt to refund you using the same method used to make the payment. If, for some reason, other arrangements are necessary, we will communicate this to you and ask you to contact Customer Service by Email contact@lariette.com, by phone or whatsapp at the number +40 743 078 080 who will refund the amount.
4. Delivery
LARIÉTTE makes every effort to accept and process orders and will try to deliver your order to a home address or another address in Romania, according to the delivery option selected by you.
The products in the store will be delivered depending on the country of destination within:
1. 3-9 days International
2. 3-9 days for ROMANIA
Although our intention is to make the delivery within the communicated interval, we inform you that the delivery could take longer due to events beyond our control, but not more than 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel the order.

Items ordered on www.lariette.ro can only be delivered to people at least 18 years old.

The delivery price is calculated at the end of the order.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE THE ORDER?
We're starting to process your quick order, which means we can't make changes after confirmation. This includes changing your delivery address or delivery option.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one as we have a short grace period after order confirmation.
As soon as we start packing the package, we will send you an email with delivery information and a link that allows you to follow the start step online.
5. Order cancellation
You can cancel the order by returning the products within 14 days of receiving them. If you paid for these items, you will be refunded an amount that will not include the delivery charges you paid when purchasing the product. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact Customer Service by Email contact@lariette.com, by phone or whatsapp at +40 743 078 080 and then return the item(s) to us in accordance with the provisions of section 6 ( Returns) below within the 14 days specified in section 5.1 above. We will try to make the refund using the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, we will reflect the returned items in your account balance) as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days provided that we have received the returned items. Another payment method may be used for the refund provided you agree to this change; this will not generate additional expenses.
If the item you received is defective, please notify BellaDress immediately and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable rights provided by law.
6. Returns
CAREFUL! Before trying the received products, make sure that the body is clean. Even if you wear the product for 5-10 minutes and after the test it smells of sweat or perfume YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED!

You can return the product purchased online from LARIÉTTE within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means that items purchased from LARIÉTTE must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for trying them on). All labels of the item you received and tried on from LARIÉTTE must be intact. If the labels are damaged or torn, we will not be able to receive the product back. All parcels contain a pre-printed return form which you must use if you decide to return any item.

7. Payment methods
Credit or debit card
You can enter your payment details when placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Maestro or Mastercard). LARIÉTTE reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, the solvency in relation to the value of the order and whether the buyer's address details are correct. Depending on the result of these checks, we may refuse certain orders. Please note that any bank charges will be borne by you.
Cash on delivery
You can choose to pay cash on delivery when you receive the goods at no additional cost. This option is only valid for Romania and the Republic of Moldova. For international orders there is no such service.
8. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit LARIÉTTE's liability in respect of any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
LARIÉTTE is not liable for consequential losses which are a secondary effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity, or for the impossibility of delivering the goods or performing any of our obligations under these Terms if that this impossibility is caused by an event over which we have no control, which includes but is not limited to: fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disorder, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on www.lariette.ro will be limited to the total price of your order.
If you have a problem with a product that you have purchased from LARIÉTTE online and you have not been able to resolve your complaint with LARIÉTTE, then you can submit your complaint to the EU online dispute resolution platform ("SOL Platform").
The SOL platform gives EU consumers and traders the opportunity to try to get an alternative resolution of complaints related to online purchases. This single point of contact is designed as an interactive and user-friendly website, available in all official EU languages and free of charge. By using the SOL platform, the consumer and merchant can find a dispute resolution entity and then go through the process of finding a solution to the consumer's complaint. 9. Colors and measurements
We make every effort to accurately display the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your PC will display these colors correctly.
The measurements of an article offered on www.lariette.ro are only approximate values to help you better understand the model or cut of a certain article of clothing. These are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item that will be delivered to you. There may be differences of a few centimeters plus or minus in the final measurements of an item depending on the material used to produce it.
10. Warranty
If the goods you have purchased are defective, LARIÉTTE complies with all the regulations provided by law regarding the guarantee. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing defects in the goods we have supplied, including damage suffered during transport, please let us know.
11. Assignment
LARIÉTTE reserves the right to assign or transfer to third parties the commitment for any claim/claims for payment arising in connection with the delivery of the goods.
12. Termination of certain terms
If any part of these Terms is prohibited or held ineffective by any court or regulatory body, the other Terms will continue to apply.
13. Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on www.lariette.ro , belong to LARIÉTTE, its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the www.lariette.ro website or its content, including copying or storing all or part of the content, for purposes other than your personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of LARIÉTTE.
