Lariette Product Customization Policy

1. Introduction Lariette is represented by SOCIETATEA COMERCIALĂ BELLADRESS S.R.L., with the following details: Address: ROMANIA, Valea Lupului, Iași County, Garoafei 17, Block C1, ground floor, ap.7. Postal Code: 707410, VAT Number: 44109191, VAT: RO44228516, Registered at the Trade Register Office near the Iași Tribunal no. J22/1333/14.04.2021

This policy regulates the conditions and terms for:

Orders for personal sizes of Lariette products;
Orders for standard sizes of Lariette products;
Custom size orders and products made based on reference photos provided by the client.

2. General Terms
2.1. The customized products are made exclusively using Lariette raw material, to guarantee quality and compliance with our standards.
2.2. Customized orders cannot be canceled once the raw material has been purchased and production has started, according to OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
2.3. Placing an order implies acceptance of the personalization policy and the terms presented.
2.4. The prices displayed on the website include VAT.
2.5. Any request to modify the order must be made before purchasing the raw material and is subject to the approval of the Lariette team.

3. Order Processing
3.1. The production time for products is 9-20 working days, but it may vary depending on the volume of orders being processed. Customers will be informed if the product is completed earlier.
3.2. The production time starts from the moment all order details have been confirmed and full payment has been received.
3.3. After the order is completed, delivery takes between 3 and 9 working days, both locally and internationally.
3.4. Lariette reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet technical standards or are not feasible from a production standpoint.

4. Placing the Order
4.1. For custom size orders, the customer will fill out the size form available on our website. It is mandatory that all sizes are provided correctly and completely to ensure the product is made according to the customer's wishes.
4.2. For orders of standard sizes that are not in stock, the customer selects the desired size from the standard options list on the site.
4.3. For orders based on reference photos provided by the client, prior consultation with the Lariette team is necessary to confirm the feasibility of the design and establish all specific details.
4.4. Orders are paid in full at the time of placement through the payment method available on the website.
4.5. Before completing the order, the customer must check the box to agree to the terms and customization policy.
4.6. Customers are encouraged to contact the Lariette team for any clarifications before placing the order to avoid any misunderstandings.

5. Order Confirmation
5.1. After placing the order, the customer will be contacted by a Lariette representative to confirm the specifications and to sign a product customization contract.
5.2. The customization contract includes all relevant details: model, materials, dimensions, price, and execution time.
5.3. The signed contract will serve as a reference in the event of any disputes related to the product specifications.

6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Once the order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled.
6.2. In case of cancellation before the purchase of the raw material, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
6.3. Lariette reserves the right to charge additional fees for the cancellation of orders that involve extensive consultancy or significant changes to the initial design.

7. Return Policy
7.1. Customized products cannot be returned, according to OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
7.2. In the event that the delivered product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the specifications confirmed by contract, Lariette undertakes to remedy the defects or remake the product, at no additional cost to the customer. 7.3. The customer is obliged to check the product upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

8. Delivery
8.1. The delivery of personalized products is carried out by express courier, to the address indicated by the customer.
8.2. Delivery costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
8.3. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect information provided by the client regarding the delivery address.

9. Privacy
9.1. The data provided by the customer for the production of personalized products will be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will be protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
9.2. Lariette assumes responsibility for protecting customer data and not sharing it with third parties without their explicit consent.

10. Force Majeure
10.1. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen situations.
10.2. In the event that a force majeure event definitively prevents the fulfillment of the order, Lariette will inform the customer and offer fair resolution options.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. Lariette reserves the right to modify this policy, with the changes being published on the website and applicable to subsequent orders.

11.3. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
